Description:
This position will provide data analytics support to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) to provide real-time data to improve organizational decision making.

Primary Duties:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models tailored to end-user needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Financial Managers (BFMs), project managers, financial analysts, and acquisition specialists to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve data visualization tools and automate manual reporting processes.
  • Lead efforts to solutionize, build, and deliver scalable data dashboards that support both strategic and operational objectives.
  • Develop and manage data analytic solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and insight.
  • Support continuous improvement of analytics capabilities through innovation, data governance, and user feedback integration.
​Location: Hybrid with 2 days a week at the Nine 30 office in Lexington Park, MD, and 3 days a week Working From Home (WFH).

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Power BI experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data models
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and streamlining reporting processes
  • Skilled in designing solutions that align with business goals and user needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including financial analysts, acquisition specialists, and leadership
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Proficiency in Qlik preferred
  • Knowledge of DoD WCF financial processes preferred
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data visualization features
Education and Experience:
A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant technical field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.

Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $130,000 annually depending on experience.
